Materials
Single-piece cast iron, pre-seasoned with vegetable oil, and weighs three point two kilograms. It's flat on both faces, so you can use it either way up.
Care
Scrape it while warm, rinse hot, dry on the hob, and wipe with a little oil. Rust is what happens to iron left wet, and it comes off with steel wool and a re-season rather than replacement.
