Materials
Two-millimetre carbon steel with a riveted solid steel handle. It's oven safe to any temperature a domestic oven reaches and works on induction, gas, and electric.
Care
Wash it hot without detergent, dry it on the hob, and wipe a film of oil over the inside while it's warm. Never leave it wet in a rack. The surface goes from grey to near-black over the first months — that's the seasoning building, not damage.
